The first run in the new year
The first real run in 2011 was actually a walk. At first I was not so thrilled with the whole family together to make a "trip" to the Altschloßfelsen Eppenbrunn. In hindsight, would I enter into my own butt if I had not seen on this day the beautiful Felsmasiv. See for yourself if I am wrong.

Unfortunately, it still works not with running. Yesterday I tried a piece to run. But after three miles I gave up. My bronchial tubes are mucilaginous total and whistle louder than a police siren. But the year has even begun, and I have such viiieeel patience.
